HOW TO USE

1. Place a stable, non-slip cutting board on a level work surface.
2. Open the slicing guide by releasing its locking mechanism, if applicable.
3. Place a compatible fruit or vegetable inside the clamp. Do not force oversized or very hard ingredients into the tool.
4. Close and secure the guide so the ingredient is held firmly.
5. Set the tool on the cutting board. Keep your fingers on the handle and away from the slots.
6. Guide a suitable sharp knife straight down through one slot at a time. Never cut toward your hand or hold the tool in the air while slicing.
7. Release the clamp, remove the sliced food, and clean the tool after use.
